When the payment is due, I will be glad to get your credit card information over the phone.
* In the event that there is a delay in my response, please understand that I am a working artist and occasionally I am on the road exhibiting at Art Festivals. I appreciate your interest in my work and thank you for you patience.

What are my payment options?
I accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, money orders and personal checks.
DO NOT EMAIL ME OR USE MY CONTACT FORM TO SEND ME YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
Payments with checks and money orders will be shipped once the check has cleared. The time frame for clearance is approximately 3 to 10 days.

What are my shipping options and shipping cost?
The shipping services that I use are, the US Postal Services and Federal Express.
All shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping cost is relative the to the purchased amount.
I only ship to the USA and Canada

Do you accept special orders?
Please contact me in regards to special orders.


Can rings be ordered in a specific size?
All of the  Silver & Gold combination rings as well as some of the Silver rings are one of a kind and I do not charge to size them.
* There will be a sizing charge if you desire to have them re-sized in the future.

Can you make bracelets for different sizes wrists?
Yes, bracelets are like rings and a lot of the times I have to make them to the correct size. If I shorten the bracelet or make it longer, the price will be decreased or increased accordingly. If it is a miner adjustment, the price will stay the same.

What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns on one of a kind pieces.
I do accept returns of the Silver charms only.
if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of Silver charms, you may return it to us within 10 days for a full
refund less the shipping charges.
Please follow this simple procedure for a refund.
Before mailing it back to us. Contact us via Phone or Email with the Name and Code # of the piece that you like to return.
Please DO NOT send any piece before contacting me.
then you can mail the item back to me in it’s original condition and make sure that it is properly packaged to prevent damage in the mail. I of coarse cannot be held responsible for a lost or damaged package.
Once I receive your return I will process your refund less shipping charges within one week. If you paid by credit card you will receive a credit on your next credit card statement. You will receive a check issued from me if you paid by check. Please allow 2 weeks
for receipt of the refund check.

Do you wholesale and what is your minimum per order?
Yes, but I only wholesale on occasion the silver charms and some of the silver rings only 
I have a minimum order of $250.00.

How do I clean my jewelry that I purchased from you?
One of the first things to do to slow the tarnishing process is to wipe it with a soft cloth or a jewelry polishing cloth after each time you wear it to remove body oils. Then wrap it in tissue paper or a soft cloth and store it in a sealed plastic bag.
You can also gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush using a mixture of warm water soap and  baking soda. Be sure that it is thoroughly dried before storing it 
I do no recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner or any kind of over the counter tarnish removers.
